How to finance expenses for study in Japan ・Japanese government scholarship student Study in Japan by receiving a Japanese government (Monbusho※) scholarship. Note: ※indicates the Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture of Japan ・A privately-financed international student Study in Japan by obtaining all the funds necessary for studying in Japan by yourself or by receiving a scholarship other than that offered by the Japanese government (including the government scholarship of your country). However, because only a few scholarship programs are available before coming coming to Japan, most students first come to Japan at their own expense and then look for scholarships they can apply for. |
